Our accounting, auditing and business consulting team was established in Cyprus in 1992 and has since served its customers with quality services and integrity.

Cyprus regulation requires the financial statements for every fiscal year, which is considered from January 1st until December 31st each year, and is obligatory for all companies established in Cyprus.

Our accounting team specialises in all necessary services required by Cyprus regulations, however can also offer these services to entities of other jurisdictions where accounting standards are compatible and where the jurisdiction may allow us to operate.

Apart from offering  the standard accounting and auditing services  we are regularly involved in all VAT issues and registration, social insurance contribution issues, corporate and individual submission of income tax forms, stock taking procedures, corporate grants and subsidy applications, and many other related services.

Our Certified Public Accountants perform their duties according to International Accounting Standards and International Auditing Standards (IAS) and are graduates from US and UK Universities, with previous experience in renowned top accounting firms.

We are holders of the license of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the members of the Government approved Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) with unlimited authority for Audit regardless of the company business volume. This positions us in the same category and authority for auditing, accounting and consulting as other large well known International accounting firms.

Complementary services with regard to consulting, taxation, tax-planning, wealth management, inheritance, property etc., are also handled by this specialised department.
